2 Cups Organic Vegetable Juice (or V8)
1 Can of Evaporated Milk
2 Tsp of Almond Extract or Vanilla Extract
2 Tsp of Sugar (your choice)
Instructions:
First you want to start by getting a large bowl that with fit approximately two cups of vegetable juice and a little more. When you have everything ready pour your two cups of Organic Vegetable Juice or V8 in to the bowl, after you add that add your one can of Evaporated milk, (if you want to add sugar now would be a good time to add it) and mix. Then add your two tsp of Almond Extract of Vanilla Extract, mix again. This is a short but very delicious Recipe. ENJOY! ^.^
First strain your one cup of cooked black beans, make sure you strain all the water from the beans. Don't forget to save the bean water! Then get a pot over a medium fire and add your one fourth cups of oil, two tsp of Haitian spice, and half a cup of the beans. When you add the beans mash them up, then add the rest of you beans but don't mash them up. Now add your two cups of the black bean water, and two cups of water. After that add two tbs of salt. Then let the water boil and taste the water to make sure its tasty! After that get your two cups of cornmeal and add water and strain it out to clean the cornmeal (do this step two times). Now add the two cups of cornmeal to the black bean sauce. Then mix the cornmeal very well put your muscle to it! After that add two tbs of lily butter then mix again. ENYOY ^.^
Tips:
1. Instead of adding coconut milk you can add water if you want
2.When your leaving the cornmeal to cook keep checking to make sure it doesn't burn on the bottom
First you want to soak your dry lalo for about 15-45 minutes. Now get your pot with meat with 2 tsp of Haitian spice, your 1 chopped onion, and mix. Then you want to add your 1 Tsp of lily butter, then add 1 tsp of tomato paste, now mix all together. When done mixing add your 1 1/2 soaked lalo. After that mix all together and eat up! ENJOY! ^.^
Tips:
1. You don't have to add hot sauce, but if you do only 1 tsp would be good
2 Cans or Sardines
1 Tsp of Tomato Paste
1 Onion
1 Large Red Pepper
1 1/2 Tsp of Oil
2 Tsp of Haitian Spice
1 Cup of Water
2 Shakes of Season Salt
Instructions:
First get a pot and add the 1 1/2 tsp of oil, 2 tbs of Haitian spice and 1 tbs of tomato paste. Then add the sardine sauce and mix with the Haitian spice and tomato paste together um till the tomato paste is melted and slowly add the 1 cup of water while mixing. Now add your 1 cut up red pepper and onion then mix together. After that add the rest of the can of sardines, don't mix it shake the pot, then add one squeeze of lemon, 2 shakes of seasoning sauce then mix! ENJOY AND HAVE FUN ! ^.^
Tips:
1. Remember there are bones, so be careful!
2. If you like spicy, after adding the 1 cup of water that would be a good time to add a few drops of hot sauce or hot pepper!
3. Be careful opening the sardines you can easily cut yourself!

1 Cups of Baby Carrots
3 Celeries
5 Potatoes
1 Green Onion
2 Cups of Cabbage
2 Cups of Squash
1 Pack of Beef or Pork
2 Tsp of Haitian Spice
1 Maggie
4 Cup of water
Instructions:
First boil your squash then when it is done drain all the water. Now mash up the squash boil your meat but not all the way. After that add 3 tsp of oil to the meat, then add 1 tbs of your spice (Haitian spice) and just mix it in. Now add one Maggie then your mashed up squash, 4 cups of water. Then when you see its boiling add your celeries and potatoes. After that add pasta any kind just not to big and add your green onions, cabbage. Have fun. ENJOY!
Tips:
1.Dont cook the meat all the way because your going to cook it again with the Joumou
2.You don't have to add meat
3.Feel free to add and vegetables you want

1 piece of coconut cream bar or one/two cubes of frozen coconut milk
2 Cups of water
Instructions:
First cook your beans and corn. Then get half of your beans add four tbs of the water that you used to cook your beans, and blend until smooth. Pour the bean mixture into a strainer and strain the blended beans into the pot. Now add the rest of the kidney beans and the rest of the bean mixture that was blended to the pan and mix consistently on medium heat. Once the bean and the mixture is warmed up, add another cup of water and add 2 tsp of seasoning salt. When you see the water is boiling add the 1 cup of corn, 1 cup of cabbage and your 10 doumbrey (dough balls) and then mix, now just let boil until everything is cooked. Then add 1 piece of coconut and mix in until melted in with everything. After that make sure everything is cooked and eat up! ENJOY! ^.^
Tips:
1. If you want you can add meat.
2. Before blending the beans when add adding the bean water you can just fill the water to the top of the beans. 3. You can also use a can of kidney bean.
4.After adding the seasoned salt that would be a good time to add the meat if you are adding it.
1 1/2 Cups of Brown Sugar
1/3 Cups of Peanuts
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp of Cinnamon Sugar
I Tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp of Ginger
3 Tbs Butter
Instructions:
Get your pot then add your 3 Tbs of butter and then add your 1 1/2 cups of brown sugar, and make sure you have the fire on medium heat. Now mix and let melt. After melted change to low heat and add your 1 tsp of ginger, 1 tsp of cinnamon Sugar and 1/3 cups of peanuts. After that add 1 tsp of vanilla extract. Then let cook or 15 minutes or less. Have fun. ENJOY ^.^
Tips:
1. First watch the video to see how to open the peanuts (make sure there are no skin)
2. When you cook for 15 minutes keep checking to make sure its not burned. (it burns very easily)
3. This recipe makes 6 peanut tablets.
2 Cups of Shrimp
1 Tsp of salt
1 Tsp of Parsley
1 Tsp of Hot Sauce
1/2 Box of Manicotti
2 Cups of Spinach
1/2Cups of Chopped Onions
1/2 Cups of Red Pepper
2 Tsp of Ricotta Cheese
1 Tsp of Butter
2/3 of Mozzarella Cheese
2 tsp of Victoria Vodka Spaghetti Sauce
Instructions:
First you want to get your pot with shrimp and let boil with water for 10-15 minutes. After boiling it pour out all the water and add cold water. Then grab your cutting board and take off the skin and tail of the shrimp, do that to all your shrimps. Now cut your shrimp into little pieces. After that take your cooked spinach off the stove. Then get a strainer and strain your spinach, be sure there is no water left. After that get a pot over a medium heat fire and add your1 tsp of butter, parsley, red peppers, onions, and shrimp then stir. Now add 1 tsp of salt, 3 shakes of pepper, and stir again. Then add four cups of water into a separate pot, and add 1 tsp of oil and wait till your water is boiling to add your 1/2 box of Manicotti. Now get your mixture of vegetables and add 1 egg, and add your 2/3 of Mozzarella cheese then your 2 tsp of Ricotta cheese, stir again. After doing all that check on your Manicotti shells. Now your are going to make your sauce add 2 tsp of Victoria Vodka spaghetti sauce and 1 tsp of BBQ sauce, now mix. Then when the Manicotti is done boiling fill it in with the vegetable and cheese mix. ENJOY and happy valentines day <3 ^.^
Tips:
1. You add the cold water to make the shrimp warm so you can handle it.

3. For the 1 tsp of butter, Ricotta cheese, Victoria Spaghetti sauce, and BBQ sauce use an regular spoon that you eat with.
4. Make sure there is enough salt if there is your all set if there isn't add 1-2 shakes of salt.

One Cup of Baby Lima Beans
Two Cups or Macaroni
Two regular spoons of butter
Two regular spoons of mayo
One cup of chopped onions
One tsp of oil
Instructions:
Get your pot and boil the macaroni, from time to time check to see if its cooked about 25 minutes or longer. After its cooked pour the macaroni into a strainer. Then grab the empty pot and add two spoons of butter, one tsp of oil, one cup of onions, and one cup of baby lima beans. After that just let cook for about 15 minutes. Then add your two cups of macaroni, and mix. After you mix add and two spoons of mayo, and mix again. Now enjoy!
Tips:
1.When finish boiling macaroni squeeze and if mushy that means its cooked! (but not to mushy)
2.If you want you can use the vegetable mix with carrots, peas, ect..., instead of just baby lima beans!
3.When adding the butter and mayo you can use the regular spoons that you eat with!

1/2 Papaya
1 Can of Carnation Milk
1/4 cups of Sugar
1-2 tsp of Noyau
1/5 Nutmeg shavings
5 ice cubes
Instructions:
So first you want to get your bowl and your 1/2 papaya then empty out all the seeds from the papaya in to the bowl. Then get your 1/2 papaya and cut that in four pieces, and peel it, then blend the papaya. Do that to all your papaya pieces. Now add that into a blender then add 1 can of carnation milk, 1/4 cups of sugar, 1-2tsp of Noyau, 5 ice cubes, and 1/5 nutmeg shavings. After adding all the ingredients now blend together. Now pour into a cup and drink up!
Lilly Butter
Green Onions
1 tsp oil
2 tsp of Tomato Paste
1 Cups of Water
2 Slices of green pepper
Instructions:
So first you want to get your pot that you will be cooking with and put it over a medium heat. Then add your 1 tsp of oil, and 2 tsp of tomato paste. Then add your gizzard. After that add your Lilly butter (if you have it). Now mix all together, and add 1 cup of water, mix again. Let cook. Then add your 2 slices of green pepper and your green onions. Then let cook for 15-25 minutes under a medium. That's it guys!!! Enjoy!
Tips:
1.Remember to always taste your water.
2.When adding your green pepper and green onions u can add hot pepper if you like spicy food.
3.Add Lilly butter to give it a special taste.

Two Chayote's
1 Cup of Cabbage
One Eggplant
4 Big Carrots (12 Baby Carrots)
3 Crabs or Beef Meat
1/4 Cups of Oil
2-3 Tsp Tomato paste
2 1/2 Cups of Vegetable Water
1 Pack of Sazos Goya Seasoning
1 Tps of Lilly Butter
Instructions:
After your vegetable's ore cooked transfer them into a bowl. Then get a tool to mash up the vegetable's. Make sure to mash up your vegetable's very good.
Then get your pot on top of a fire, now add your 1/4 cups oil. After that get your tomato paste add 2-3 tps in to the pot with the 1/4 cups of oil. Mix it together. Then add the seasoned water from your crab or beef. Now when your done add your crab or beef and mix it around. After that turn your fire down a little. When your finish with that add your 2 1/2 vegetable water. Before you add your vegetables taste the water to make sure it tastes good. If it tastes good add your vegetables. Then turn your fire down to a medium heat because you don't want your crab to over cook. Now mix your Legume. After that let it cook for about 2-3 minutes then add 1 pack of Sazoa Goya seasoning, just to give it that special taste and that red color. Then add 1 tsp of lilly butter. Mix it into the Legume.

Tips:
1. When transferring the vegetables in to the other bowl use a strainer.
2.When mashing up the vegetables you can use anything hard like a bottom of a cup .ect,
3.When adding the tomato paste you can just use the regular spoon that you eat with.
4.If you don't have 2 1/2 cups of vegetable water add water to make it 2 1/2 cups of vegetable water.
5.The Legume can be very hard to mix so it would be best to get someone strong to do that job.

1 1/4 cups of oil
1/2 of onions
2 1/2 tps of salt
3 cups of water
3 cups of soaked rice
Instructions:
Get your pot that you will be cooking with, turn on the fire. Then add your 1 1/4 cups of oil, wait till your oil is hot. Now add your 1/2 onion, chop your onion on to little pieces. After that add the 2 1/2 tsp of salt. Now add your 3 cups of water before adding it turn your fire down, taste the water to make sure its not too much salt if it is you can add another cup of water. After you see your water boiling add your 3 cups of soaked rice. Let your rice cook till the water is all gone. After that cover your rice and let it cook till 15-25 minutes and its done! Enjoy!
Tips:
1. When adding the rice you can use your hands, only because its easier
2. When mixing the rice make sure to get the bottom so the rice doesn't stick to the bottom

1 1/2 cups of Ginger
3 cups of water
5 Star Anise
1 Cinnamon stick
1 pack of sugar
Instructions:
First get your pot that you will be cooking with, turn on the fire. Then add your 3 cups of water. After that add your 5 Star Anises and 1 Cinnamon Stick. Now add your ginger, then let everything cook for 25-30 minutes till water is reduced to 2 cups of tea. When done cooking get your cup and a strainer, when pouring tea in to cup use strainer so none of the other ingredients get in to the cup. Now drink up!
Tips:
1. If you have diabetes it would be good if you use 2-3 packs of Equal.
2. If you want just add one pack of sugar.
3. Have fun!
One half cup of vegetable oil two tsp of "Haitian Spice" One cup of Beans One cube of Maggie One tsp or less of salt (this is because Maggie has salt in it) Two and one half Rice
Three cups of water
Instructions:
First you get your pan that you will be cooking with. Then put your pan over a medium fire, add your 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. After that add the 3tsp of "Haitian spice" . Now you are going to add as much beans as you want in your rice, but I specifically used 1cup. Then add one cube of Maggie. Now mix all the ingredients you have in the pan. Now add 1tsp or less of salt. Only because the Maggie already has salt in it. Just let your ingredients fry for a little bit. After about 1-2 minutes add your 3 cups of water. If you have some coconut cream you would like to add now would be a good time to add it. Then wait till your water is boiling to add the rice, but before you add the rice taste the water to make sure there's enough salt. If there's enough salt add your 2 and 1/2 cup of rice. After about 25-30 minutes your rice should be done! Mix your rice around mostly on the bottom because the Maggie sinks to the bottom. To make sure your rice is done you could take a little bit and taste it to make sure it is the texture that satisfies you. Finally your rice is done!
Tips that will help you:
1. If your water overlaps your rice there is to much water! 2. Some people like to add a hot pepper to give it a little spice! 3. Putting a plastic bag while cooking the rice will help it cook faster! 4. Have fun cooking and enjoy this recipe!!!!!!
2 Whole Green Plantain 1 whole can of Carnation milk
1½ Tsp. Vanilla Extract of Salt 1 Cup of whole milk 1 Cups of water 3 Star Anise ½ Cup of white sugar
1. Cut both ends of your plantains and slice the plantains in half. 2. Put your plantain slices into the blender along with two cups of water and blend.
3.Put one cup of milk in a pot and add your plantain mixture along with the star anise and salt. 4. Stir until the color of the Labouyi (Banana Porridge) changes to a light brown color. 5.Add the Carnation milk, Vanilla Extract, and Sugar and continue constantly. 6. Let the Labouyi (Banana Porridge) cook for 15 minutes.
