How to Make Sardine Sauce

Ingredients:

2 Cans or Sardines
1 Tsp of Tomato Paste
1 Onion
1 Large Red Pepper
1 1/2 Tsp of Oil
2 Tsp of Haitian Spice
1 Cup of Water
2 Shakes of Season Salt


Instructions:

First get a pot and add the 1 1/2 tsp of oil, 2 tbs of Haitian spice and 1 tbs of tomato paste. Then add the sardine sauce and mix with the Haitian spice and tomato paste together um till the tomato paste is melted and slowly add the 1 cup of water while mixing. Now add your 1 cut up red pepper and onion then mix together. After that add the rest of the can of sardines, don't mix it shake the pot, then add one squeeze of lemon, 2 shakes of seasoning sauce then mix!  ENJOY AND HAVE FUN ! ^.^

Tips:

1. Remember there are bones, so be careful!
2. If you like spicy, after adding the 1 cup of water that would be a good time to add a few drops of hot sauce or hot pepper!
3. Be careful opening the sardines you can easily cut yourself!
